Drain Visions of New Jersey and Philadelphia offers sewer line repairs for our customers. When your drain or sewer line begins to give you a problem our trained technicians can respond with video pipe inspection and locating equipment. We are able to use this equipment to diagnose the exact problem location. Once we obtain the video footage and markouts we can help diagnose if a replacement or maintenance is needed to maintain the line.
Our team will provide estimates and recommend the best avenue for our customer. If excavation is needed, the excavation team is highly trained. Markouts are needed on the property to identify all major utilities. These utilities will be marked with flags and paint. On the day of the excavation we will arrive to survey the site and prepare for digging. The team will work hard to preserve as much of the landscaping as possible during the removal of soil. Once the soil is open, we begin to remove the old sewer line. Once the sewer line is removed, we begin to insert the new sewer drain line. PVC piping is utilized in almost all locations and cleanouts are installed for easy access in case of a future clog.
The team then will check the line with a camera and test with water prior to backfilling. Once backfilling begins, the soil will be slowly placed back in and the ground will be placed back to grade. All of our customers are provided with a guarantee and we will be the direct source of communication if there are any other problems with the drain or sewer.
